• Some unexceptable reasons for exchange are:
    "I don't want the goods anymore" or "I ordered the wrong size or color" or "Colors of goods are darker or lighter than shown on the picture."

• Acceptable Reasons for exchange:
    Wrong shoe or size sent by the factory,mistake made from our side.

• The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges back to us!
  If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you an exchange.
